After Barcelona, Warsaw and New York, Brussels joins the family of cities to host a “municipalist” summit. Fearless Cities is a two day conference designed to discuss a more open, transparent, flexible, inclusive and caring way to manage the city. Social, cultural and street workers, entrepreneurs, artists, activists and engaged citizens are currently busy learning to govern themselves and take things on their own hands. They will be present, and we need you to join them and us in this unique democratic public space we are going to create and host during those 2 days in September.
In the line of the recent emergence of Municipalism throughout the World, WeBrussels offers its city a new way of democracy: an alternative process of collective decision making to empower citizens and take back their cities and neighborhoods.
